Well, this week has been a downer as far as working out, eating right, weight loss goes. I haven't done any of the above, and really I know exactly what I've done so I'm not surprised at all. We spent all weekend going though stuff and packing. We also had to eat up all our food so I ate stuff that was OK for me, but I had way bigger portions than I've been trying to eat. My scale is now packed away, so this is my weigh-in from Saturday night. Granted, you weigh more at the end of the day then you do at the beginning, but I am pretty sure I've gained. I've been eating like crap and haven't been drinking enough water. Also, I'm cleaning the kitchen today, so we're done cooking, which means we're having chinese take-out tonight and pizza tomorrow night. And we won't be unpacked until the 2nd, so that means even more eating out is in my future.
Weight loss for Week Twelve: +2.9 lbs Weight loss Total: 23.8 lbs *Weight loss since my heaviest (5/22/10 - 264 lbs): 55.2 lbs *Granted I was 9+ months pregnant at my heaviest, but Elliot only weighed 10 lbs, so I'm going to track that as well. :)
