Day 78 - Monday Weigh-In Week #11

Song of the day:  Timbaland - Carry Out ft. Justin Timberlake

So, I kind of screwed up.  Kyle and I went back home last night and I was supposed to get some stuff and then go back to my parents for the week, with the plan of leaving early this morning so Ethan wouldn't have to change any poopy diapers.  Well, that didn't happen.  I missed my alarm and woke up late so I had to get going right away.  I forgot to weigh-in while I was still at home and was starving on the road.  I've had water, coffee, and a scone before my weigh-in, so it's off, and I'm not sure by how much, but whatev, I guess.

1/3/11 - 232.6 lbs
1/10/11 - 224.2 lbs
1/17/11 - 220.8 lbs
1/24/11 - 218.8 lbs
1/31/11 - 217.4 lbs
2/7/11 - 213.8 lbs
2/14/11 - 214.8 lbs
2/21/11 - 211.2 lbs
2/28/11 - 206.0 lbs
3/7/11 - 207.0 lbs
3/14/11 - 205.4 lbs
3/21/11 - 205.9 lbs

Weight loss for Week Eleven: +.5 lbs
Weight loss Total: 26.7 lbs

*Weight loss since my heaviest (5/22/10 - 264 lbs): 58.1 lbs

*Granted I was 9+ months pregnant at my heaviest, but Elliot only weighed 10 lbs, so I'm going to track that as well.  :)

So, apparently I'm up .5 lbs, but that was after eating breakfast and drinking quite a bit of liquid, so I'm really not worried about it.  I know that I worked out really well last week, but I definitely could have done better on my eating habits.  My goal is to eat better this week.  I've let a lot of my old habits sneak back and I know my weight loss has suffered because of it.  Because I'm feeling better and looking better I'm letting myself eat a little worse, and I know that it's not a good thing.  I need to remember what it was like 26.7 lbs ago, and how I'm still not where I want to be.

On a good note, even though I'm theoretically up .5 lbs, I know that I've lost inches.  This morning I put on a pair of pants that I haven't worn in over 1.5 years.  That feels more awesome than whatever the scale says!

I didn't work out yesterday, and today I am going to start week 3 of the c25k program.  So now I do a 5 minute brisk walk warm up, 90 seconds of jogging, 90 seconds of walking, 3 minutes of jogging, and 3 minutes of walking, repeat, then 5 minute brisk walk cool down.  I'm hoping I can do it!  Going up to the 2.0 incline has definitely increased my effort output, so hopefully this increase in jogging time won't tire me out too much!  I guess we'll see!
