Song of the Day: Justin Timberlake - Mirrors
This is going to be a pretty quick update since I have an exam today that I need to study for! The start of this weigh-in week, I did pretty good at exercising (Wednesday and Thursday), then I completely stopped. I was just exhausted. Caroline was up almost all night last Wednesday, and I think I finally just caught up on sleep from then. But sleep is needed, and important, so if I don't exercise because I'm genuinely too tired, that's okay.
Even with my lack of exercise, I still lost 1.2 lbs this week!
